For the past 8 plus years of owning and operating Fisherman’s Processing, we have been contastly told “you need to sell this stuff” when it comes to our smoke and jerky. Well - the time is finally here. We’ve been listening and waiting for the right opportunity to branch out into a more retail environment.
This is the same special in-house recipe that the sportfishing customer gets on his sport caught fish through Fishermans Processing - but by using commercial fish that we have purchased wholesale, that now allows us to offer it up for retail to you. The prices will vary a bit based on the wholesale market prices we pay. Right now that makes the smoked yellowfin tuna at $13.95 a pound (vacuum packaged in about 0.25 pound portions.) The yellowfin tuna jerky in teriyaki, black pepper, or spicy is $29.95 (vacuum packaged in about 0.33 pound portions.)
Hours are currently offered on the weekend, Saturday and Sunday, from noon until 4:00pm at Fishermans Processing. Stop in and visit .. and try some samples.
We have plans to make tuna burgers soon. We are also making shipping arrangements, so stay tuned for that information we will roll out as soon as we can.
